N.B.  If you are running to raise money for a charity, please remember to contact that charity direct and inform them that you have entered the Cardiff Half Marathon and are raising funds for them.

Ask them to send you official sponsor forms and details of how to pay the money you collect over to them.

For more information about creating an online sponsorship page to collect your donations you can visit www.justgiving.com and follow the instructions shown. Remember that you will still need to contact your chosen charity directly to receive all of their specialist help and support.
